The initial appointment will be an assessment by Barry and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding counselling.  If at the end of the appointment you decide counselling may be helpful and I believe I can assist you, we will discuss the regular appointment times you can come and when counselling is likely to begin.

I fully respect each client’s right to make their own decisions in all aspects of life including faith, and the service is offered to all, irrespective of your religious background.

How Long? Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and will continue for as long as both client and counsellor feel it is useful.

What about confidentiality?  All counselling is private and confidential and therefore I will not give your name or divulge any information about you unless someone’s safety is at risk or I am obliged to do so by law.
